Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and most Southeast Asian countries. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local courier service and peak seasons.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight. Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing an order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
For non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that have been used for cooking, washed, scratched, stained, or damaged due to improper use cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
